There are two types of management solutions:
- The Business Service Management which manage IT services to ensure they are directly in line with business priorities and prioritize the most business-critical services over less important ones so that the service quality is never compromised. In addition, this solution makes the most efficient use of assets and resources with insight into the relationships and interdependencies between IT assets and the services they support.

Babylon Enterprise Licenses
TCN is the first company that brings Babylon Enterprise to Argentina. This tool enables fast and effective “one-click” access to vital information stored in enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP and organizational portals (SAP, Siebel, MS SQL Server, Oracle, etc), and also to external content sources such as dictionaries, Wikipedia etc.
Babylon Enterprise brings enterprise information systems to the knowledge worker’s desktop and natural work environment. While working in Outlook or Word, for example, a user can retrieve information from enterprise systems without needing to leave the desktop application and embark on a time-consuming search.
TCN Active Directory Manager Licenses
TCN has developed TCN Active Directory Manager®, a self management tool that allows an effective administration of shared resources in Active Directory, avoiding the workload that usually occurs in the IT Area.
The system allows the generation of requests for the creation of users, folders, permits on certain resources and old users.
These requests can be initiated by any user enable to access the application, normally in areas such as Human Resource, assigning the different resources to those who can access to their network, and can be approved or rejected by any authorized user (Managers). In this way, Human Resources is a self-sufficient Area in creating users associated to all applications and resources within the network.
The approval of these requests will trigger the action and will notify the users and others involved in the process about whether or not the request was established. Depending on the profile of each user and their belonging to different groups (access to specific networks and servers, mails, printers, shared documents, etc) are the functions and actions that they will be allow to performing.
